New York City Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez enraged thousands of residents in her home district this week after she was seen partying at a packed Florida bar while the Big Apple witnessed a record new number of COVID cases.
“For those of you with zero sense of humor: the whole point of this post is to expose hypocrisy. We don’t actually care she’s maskless. We care she fear mongers about Florida but then has the audacity to vacation here,” posted a local reporter on social media.
The Congresswoman defended her Florida vacation on New Year’s Eve; claiming Republicans were simply projecting their “sexual frustrations.”
