President Biden will travel to NATO’s headquarters in Brussels, Belgium later this month as Russian Leader Vladimir Putin continues his all-out invasion of Ukraine.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed Biden’s itinerary during her daily briefing Tuesday.
“His goal is to meet in person, face to face with his European counterparts and take about and asses where we are at this point in the conflict,” Psaki said.
Vice President Harris arrived in Poland last week where she vowed to provide financial, medical, and some military support to Ukrainian President Zelensky.
It’s unclear if President Biden will meet face-to-face with the President of Ukraine.
