Congressman Chip Roy spoke with Joe ‘Pags’ Pagliarulo Wednesday to discuss Joe Biden’s decision to end Title 42; saying the move will allow countless migrants to illegally enter the United States.
The public health order -issued by Donald Trump- has been used by both administrations to deport those caught illegally entering the US during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The Biden administration decided to get rid of Title 42. It says we’re not going to let you in because we fear you’re going to be carrying this pandemic with you,” said Pags.
“It’s an excuse. It’s a purposeful way for the Biden administration to not enforce the law,” fired-back Rep. Roy.
“Donald Trump used that tool to stem the tide of illegal immigration at the border… It’s a great tool. It accounts for really all the people Biden’s turning away,” he added.
