Joe Pagliarulo weighed-in this week on the New York Supreme Court’s latest ruling that state employees fired for refusing the covid vaccine be immediately reinstated – with back pay!
“The horrible Governor of New York made the decision to fire workers who don’t get the shot. They were fired unless they complied. Tens of thousands were fired,” began Pags.
“There’s a decision now that really does give me hope for this country,” he added.
“We in America, unlike most countries, have rights that are protected by the Constitution. The idea that you have to take an experimental shot so you can keep your job is disgusting,” concluded Pagliarulo.
