Judge Ted Poe dropped by the Joe Pags Show Thursday to discuss the Biden administration’s latest attacks on the Second Amendment following a deadly school shooting in Nashville, Tennessee.
“You were a prosecutor, a judge, you know about the law… How can prosecutors decide that they’re not going to enforce the law?” asked Pagliarulo.
“Prosecutors are violating their oath,” explained Poe. “They need to prosecute people who violate the law.”
“Now, they’re deciding to give some people a break. It’s all done for political reasons so that certain groups can get a free ride,” he added. “Prosecutors should have people treated equally under the law.”
