Research fellow at the Heritage Foundation Peter St. Onge spoke with Joe Pags Monday on the rising danger of a Central Bank Digital Currency right here in the United States.

“Is the dollar still the world currency? If so, why?” asked Pagliarulo.

“It’s under threat because of inflation. That’s driven by out-of-control spending,” began St. Onge.

“Countries all over the world are starting to wonder if their dollars are at risk,” he added. “All of these countries are worried we’re going to cause bank-runs. China is all-too happy to step into that void.”
