Dave Kallman – Senior Legal Counsel at the Great Lakes Justice Center tells the scary move leftists in Michigan are trying that would eviscerate Free Speech in that state!
“You’re one of the top Constitutional fighters in this country. What’s happening in Michigan is unbelievable. They’re trying to pass a bill that says if you refuse to use someone’s preferred pronouns you could be charged with a felony,” said Joe Pags.
“I wish this was a joke,” began Kallman.
“We have total Democrat control in Michigan. The State House has taken up this bill,” he added.
“They held their first hearings this week. The Democrats did not let one person in opposition to this bill testify. It’s just ridiculous,” said Kallman.
