“Hunter Biden’s deal fell apart. What went down?” asked Joe Pags.
“The judge was concerned about the gun charge,” explained Poe. “The judge decided she could not dismiss the gun case.”
“The prosecution was trying to help out the defense,” he added. “Everything fell apart because the prosecution was not candid with the judge.”
