Matt Perna loved the US and was at the Capitol on January 6th. He didn’t break anything nor vandalize. He didn’t hurt anyone nor break any other laws. It’s a trespassing case at most.
His aunt Geri Perna joins to talk about his untimely death and more.
“Here’s a guy who wasn’t really into politics. There was something that made him pay attention,” said Joe Pags.
“He was a Bernie Sanders fan at the beginning. Then he was sold on Donald Trump. He supported him 100%,” began Perna.
“Trump was saying the things that everyone wished they could say,” she added. “Trump assured me that when he gets back into office he will be giving pardons.”
