Senator John Kennedy called-out FBI Director Christopher Wray at the US Capitol Tuesday, asking the bureau boss why he didn’t tell the public that the Hunter Biden Laptop story was legitimate.

“Why didn’t the FBI just say, hey, the laptop’s real?!” asked Kennedy. “You’re the FBI. You’re not supposed to be political.”
“We can’t be talking about an ongoing investigation… We have to be very careful about what we can say, especially in the middle of an election season,” deflected Wray.
