Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is going after Pfizer.
Even though pharma has immunity on vaccines — they’re not free and clear when it comes to how they advertise them.
“This Pfizer lawsuit is one that everyone is watching. I thought you couldn’t sue Pfizer. But you’re not suing them over the vaccine, you’re suing them for what they told us about it. Is that right?” asked Joe Pags.
“That’s exactly right. They can get liability protection, but you can’t lie about what you’re doing, lie about the results, then try and censor people who are telling the truth about it,” explained Paxton.
“They thought they could get away with it. They told everyone there were no side effects. The law needs to be amended in some ways. They need to tell people the truth and not continue to lie about it,” he added.
