“Should we have a tax system that punishes success?” asked Pags.

“It’s not fair and it’s very damaging. If you want to collect more money from the rich, lower the tax code and simplify it,” he explained.

“When this began in 1913 the top rate was 7%. Look what we have today?” he added.

“Even the IRS doesn’t know what’s in our current tax code,” concluded Forbes.
