Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton joins The Joe Pags Show to explain the lawsuit his organization has filed on behalf of Ashli Babbitt’s family.
“I didn’t realize that you were bringing a lawsuit against the government on behalf of her family,” began Pags.
“We’re suing the government. That’s who you sue for a wrongful death action… It’s a straightforward suit. It was a bad police shooting,” explained Fitton.
“There was no good reason to shoot her. He broke every rule in the book. He misused his firearm, and it resulted in her death,” he added. “She was the only homicide victim on January 6.”
