Reporter Breanna Morello uncovers a move by the TSA you probably didn’t know happened.
“There’s something going on at airports that we had no idea is happening. It’s biometrics by the TSA. How did you find out about this?” asked Joe Pags.
“I fly often. They’re asking me to do facial recognition images. I was told it isn’t optional. But it IS actually optional,” explained Morello.
“Why do they need facial data? We’ve been doing it for so long with boarding passes and IDs. We haven’t had any issues because of that. Now the TSA is requiring facial scans at 80 airports?” she added.
