He gives insight into the ridiculous trial against Donald Trump in NYC.
“We’re watching this trial in New York… It turns out the judge in this case should have recused himself because he’s a Biden donor. He told the jury they don’t have to find he’s guilty to find him guilty?” asked Joe Pags.
“That’s an idiotic statement by the judge. Our law requires that all 12 jurors agree on the specific crime that’s been committed,” explained Poe.
“This judge is wrong,” he added.
