Will Scharf is a personal attorney for former President Donald Trump. He’s working on the appeal for Trump’s guilty verdict in New York. He explains the numerous reversible actions by the court.

“What’s at issue isn’t even the payments made to Michael Cohen. It’s the records of those payments,” explained Scharf.

“The claim is that these records were problematic because it said these were legal payments and not hush money payments. There’s no evidence that Donald Trump had anything to do with these records,” added the lawyer.

“They rammed this case through. They got a jury to convict. Now, we have to unwind that verdict in the courts,” he concluded. “There were very serious mistakes made by the judge throughout this trial.
