Jesse Binnall is Donald Trump’s Constitutional lawyer and he has plenty to say about how the former president’s civil rights were violated.
“They’re going for the full monty when it comes to violating a person’s Constitutional rights. But that’s not going to stop these people,” explained Binnall.
“He had an injunction against his speech. This is what the English crown used to do before the American revolution. It was brought up in the Declaration of Independence and the Bill of Rights,” he added.
“This is especially important when the person is a candidate for the President of the United States,” concluded the attorney.
