Riley Gaines is a former star swimmer whose life changed after she was forced to compete against a man. She’s now leading the charge to protect girls and women in sports.
She’s Host of Gaines for Girls podcast, Author of Swimming Against the Current, Director of the Riley Gaines Center, and a TPUSA contributor.
“I was standing on a podium sharing this space with a man who’s nine inches taller than me,” began Gaines. “That photo was a pivotal moment for me. Another moment was at San Francisco State University. I was accosted and held for ransom.”
“Those two moments set forth my career,” she added. “There’s so much traction behind this issue now. It’s absurd, it’s total insanity. I was at the MSG Rally. Every speaker who got on stage tacked about the issue of allowing men into women’s sports.”
