“We’re giving people from certain countries the right to remain in the United States,” explained Avila. “Biden is extending this protected status to these groups for another 18 months. That’s going to make it hard to deport these individuals.”
“The Trump administration is going to be sued, but I don’t really care about that. I care about protecting Americans and American communities,” he added. "Congress must finally end this so we don't go back-and-forth every four years."
