JNS Editor-in-Chief Jonathan Tobin joins Pags for a powerful and timely conversation on the escalating situation in Gaza—what’s really happening, what peace would require, and why the media keeps getting it wrong.
As a Columbia University graduate, Tobin also speaks personally about the shocking rise of antisemitism on campus, offering deep insight into how the far-left has weaponized hate in the name of activism.
Sharp, sobering, and essential listening.
“What is the sense in Israel right now?” asked Joe Pags. “Where do we go next?”
“There’s a lot of frustration in Israel about the war. It’s been going on for a long time. Israelis are still being bombed by rockets and drones from Yemen. Hamas is still present in Gaza. It’s still looking to manipulate the situation and put out propaganda,” explained Tobin.
“Western outlets are already putting out debunked propaganda about famines and genocide. There’s a lot of frustration. But there’s a lot of resilience,” he added.
