New Jersey’s radical Democrats just proved they care more about protecting illegal immigrants than American citizens. These extremist lawmakers are pushing a disgracefully named piece of legislation called the “F—ICE Act” that would let anyone sue federal immigration agents for doing their jobs. According to Fox News, this vulgar bill comes at the worst possible time as President Trump prepares to restore law and order to our borders.
The whole mess started when a Democratic Socialist councilman tried interfering with ICE agents who were detaining nearly a dozen people on public transit in Jersey City. When the federal agent told him “I don’t need a warrant, bro,” these Democrats went into full meltdown mode. Instead of supporting our brave ICE agents who risk their lives protecting Americans, they decided to craft legislation designed to handcuff law enforcement and empower criminals.
Assemblywoman Katie Brennan and Assemblyman Ravi Bhalla, both from Hoboken, cooked up this anti-American scheme and had the audacity to use profanity in official legislation. Brennan actually defended the disgusting name, claiming ICE agents are “agents of chaos” while Bhalla declared that “ICE has no place in our communities.” These are the same communities being overrun by illegal immigration while Democrats block every attempt at enforcement.
Smart Republicans immediately called out this radical nonsense for what it is. Assemblyman Michael Inganamort correctly identified this as “the inevitable result of an unchecked, 25-year Democratic Majority,” while Assemblyman Paul Kanitra suggested the state should reject this vulgar legislation just like they reject offensive license plates. Even New Jersey’s new Governor Mikie Sherrill jumped on the anti-ICE bandwagon, signing an executive order that restricts federal agents from using state property.
This is exactly why Americans voted overwhelmingly for President Trump and his promise to secure our borders. While Democrats waste time crafting profanity-laden bills to protect criminals, Trump is preparing the largest deportation operation in American history. New Jersey taxpayers deserve leaders who put America First, not politicians who use vulgar acronyms to attack the brave men and women keeping our communities safe.
