The First Son now faces up to 25 years in prison for three charges: lying on a federal application to obtain a handgun, misleading a licensed gun dealer, and illegal possession of a firearm.

“Biden’s legal troubles coincide with his father campaigning for reelection. But the elder Biden as the trial kicked off issued a statement supporting his son and later told ABC News he wouldn’t pardon him,” reports USA Today.
