Joe ‘Pags’ Pagliarulo hosted his last weekend broadcast Saturday after more than a decade of memorable interviews, stories, and signature parody songs.
The final episode features Senator Ted Cruz and Congressman Jim Jordan.
“What reason did Vladimir Putin publicly give for going into Ukraine?” Pags asked Jordan.
“He said all kinds of crazy things. He’s a bad guy, obviously. We stand with the people of Ukraine… I think you have to go back to why bad guys do bad things. When Joe Biden projects weakness it all sends the message to the bad guys. They’re going to do bad things,” explained the Ohio Representative.
“It’s as wrong as wrong can be,” he added.
Listen to the final episode of ‘The Weekend’ here.
Love the exchange between you and Kerry lol
ahhhh! So sad. I like to listen to fresh commentary on Saturdays and looked forward to your Sat show. I only get reruns from the other talking heads.
The theme of The Weekend changed a lot from the beginning. In the first couple of years, Joe had his
sidekick Jason Campadonia. They would make make fun of the social commentary of the day, Joe would
take calls, interviews, and there was some politics. A low point of The Weekend was when Joe had male
listeners call in and give his attractive female employee pick-up lines and let her judge them. Then sometime
later Joe made the mistake of bringing in his sidekick Jason for a debate on a topic about guns. I listened
to it, and not only was Joe firm, but he yelled and was a bully to Jason. He never should have done that,
nor should he have chosen his sidekick. The relationship/chemistry on The Weekends was never the same with him and Jason after that.
In the future, Jason left and the tone of the show went very serious with it being almost exclusively political.
However, except for the spaced out phone calls, gone was the spontaneity, because for the past several years,
almost every Saturday that Joe has been on has featured a recycled interview from his earlier weekly radio
show. And those are almost always political.
Joe,
Thank you and your crew for many years of good information and news. And for the entertainment. I did enjoy getting you on the weekend and now sad that I will only be able to listen in 5 days a week. I wish you all much success in the future.
Respectfully,
Jay
We’ve been listening to Joe pegs for a long time in West Michigan why did he quit the weekend show

Say it aint so joe please don’t go.
THE WRONG JOE IS LEAVING US!
Sad to see the weekend go
I’m going to miss the weekend because your weekend show. My first weekend episode was with Ted Nugent. My go to shows are Pags/Levin/Bannon/Prather/Ingraham/Grace Curly/Kommando. Wish you luck from a brother from another mother from down under.
I only discovered Joe Pags and his show about 5 years ago. I would get off work at noon on Saturday and when I got in my car his show was on the radio. I became a huge fan over this time. Yesterday 3/19/22 @ noon I really felt the loss as my routine for the last 5 years required a change, somehow I survived.
I am very thankful for the time I had listening to all the great interviews with outstanding guests.
I do listen some during the weekdays as possible
“…he yelled and was a bully to Jason.” Sounds about right.
J Huddy, the new host I guess, is pretty bad. Sounds like a liberal and the show is run really poorly. Miss joe real bad
I miss you, Joe, on the “Weekend”. I’ve always enjoyed it when I could catch the show. Best wishes, Marie.
Congratulations, Joe! Speaking as the wife of a very hard-working man, I applaud Joe’s decision to cut back and take it a bit easier. Joe’s work ethic is on par with President Trump’s, so I know this was a hard decision to make. May he be blessed with good times, good health, and a long life on his regular weekday show. I’ll listen to podcasts.
I’m sad for us out here in radio-land, of course, because I was a regular listener. I don’t get to hear much radio during the week, and when the weekend comes, I look forward to it. I heard about 10 minutes of the guy they have hosting the show now, and I was really hoping he was a guest host. He sounded like milktoast. Joe is a hard act to follow, but I’m not planning to waste my time on the new guy.
Damnitt Joe… I started listening to your show about 3 years ago on FM.93.3 KWOC in Poplar Bluff MO. I couldn’t wait to listen to your show every Sat morning from 11:00 am to 2:pm. I’m still having Joe Pags withdrawals every Saturday. Please find a way to re-connect with us here in southeast Missouri. Trust me, I have been in touch with the Zimmer Radio group. They said they would try to correct the issue, but so far nothing has happened yet. Thank you Joe for being another strong conservative voice!!! God Bless You!!!
I wish you would takeover for Rush on fox, can’t stand the present duo team.
You can do it……few can!
I’m going to miss you Joe the weekend was the chance I had to listen to you.
Why?
I really miss you on weekends. I can listen to you on weeknights on WHAM 1180 in Rochester, NY.
Yeah Joe, sorry to see you go on Saturdays!! The only local station that carried you in the Tampa Bay area was WXJB in Brooksville, I was always happy to tune in from Noon til 3!! You always made my saturdays easy listening!! Well, at least I can still listen to you on IHeart during the week!! Your show is #1 in my book!! Keep up the good work! Hoping to have you on locally during the week soon, Sincerely, Chris

When the topic of no more gasoline is up list all the products that we use that cannot be synthesized. what are going to do with the gasoline? Burn it off? When cracking fossilized hydrocarbons (OIL) i don’t think gasoline can be omitted from the process. Coal: activated charcoal is a mail component in a dialysis machine.
