The main stream media spent weeks of coverage on reporting the false story of border patrol agents "whipping" illegal immigrants  from Haiti, but when a report of a female border patrol agent getting brutally attacked by an illegal immigrant, we see almost no coverage from the agenda-driven media. According to a statement from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the border patrol agent was assaulted on Saturday by an illegal immigrant of whom she was trying to detain and sustained injuries to her arms and face.  During the course of the detainment, the agent managed to call for backup and the assailant was arrested. After the arrest, the agent was brought to a medical clinic to be treated. “On March 4, 2023, at approximately 4:00 a.m., a U.S. Border Patrol agent assigned to the Tucson Sector took a subject into custody near Foudy Road and State Route 92, after investigating the subject’s illegal entry into the U.S. While being placed in a service vehicle, the subject assaulted the agent, injuring the agent’s face and hands. Additional agents responded and took the suspect into custody,” the statement read. “The assaulted agent was transported for medical treatment. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is investigating the assault on a federal officer. The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office is also investigating,” the statement said. Many representatives of Congress took to Twitter to express their concerns over the assault.  U.S. Rep Chip Roy (R-TX) said “it’s time to end this. It’s time to end this. I will not tolerate a @HouseGOP that does not end this. We have the power.” The first Mexican-born member of the House, Former Texas Congresswoman Mayra Flores tweeted “The Biden administration will do nothing to protect our Border Patrol Family. I am asking Congress to please end this, you have the power."
