The Supreme Court issued a unanimous decision Monday that keeps Donald Trump on the 2024 ballot in Colorado and other states.
The state’s Supreme Court had previously ruled the former president was disqualified because of the events of January 6th, 2021.
The ruling comes just one day before the Super Tuesday primary contests.
