Journalist Lara Logan spoke with Joe ‘Pags’ Pagliarulo Wednesday to discuss the state of the American media; saying outlets like the New York Times expect us to take them seriously after “lying” to the public for years.

“People are acting like they’re journalists while they’re cramming their opinions down our throats,” said Pags.

“A number of years ago, the New York Times went from straight reporting to presenting things as if they are facts,” explained Logan. “It used to be that the Times would give you both perspectives. But they don’t do that anymore.”

“They’ve gone beyond that. Now they expect us to take them seriously. It’s the same people who cover stories who don’t have an ounce of truth to them. Why should I care what you have to say now?” she added.
