America is facing an illegal immigration invasion as the Trump policy Title 42 is coming to an end, which is yet just another preventable catastrophe created by the Biden administration. Drone video has shown massive lines along the southern border of migrants looking to enter as soon as they know the policy is not being enforced.

Video footage has shown large tent encampments outside the Rio Grande river across from Brownsville, Texas as well as numerous videos of children trying to cross the river and almost drowning because of the current.

Americans are seeing in real time the massive illegal entry of anyone that wants to come across the border with authorities left powerless to stop them.  Reports are projecting 10,000 illegal immigrants crossing the border on a daily basis without consequences after Title 42 is lifted.

Reuters has reported “More than 10,000 migrants were caught crossing at the U.S.-Mexico border illegally each day on Monday and Tuesday, said Brandon Judd, president of a union for Border Patrol agents.”

Without Title 42, the United States will be unable to expeditiously expel migrants out of the country. “Migrants encountered under Title 42 have been either returned to their home countries or sent back into Mexico. Under the policy, authorities have expelled migrants at the US-Mexico border more than 2.8 million times since the policy began,” according to a report from CNN.

Biden’s first day in office promised to remove the Trump-era policy however now he’s blaming it the fact that the COVID emergency has ended and therefore the “legal underpinning” for Title 42 is no longer valid.

Currently, the Biden administration has done almost nothing to deter illegal immigration which is why estimates show many millions of illegal immigrants have entered the country during his term.

According to a report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), “Since President Biden took office, around 5.5 million illegal aliens have crossed our borders—a crisis of epic proportions.”

“Some 2.7 million migrants—those who illegally entered or were otherwise inadmissible at a port of entry—were encountered at our borders in FY 2022, bringing the total under President Biden to a whopping 5.5 million. One thing is clear: These record-breaking numbers are a direct consequence of open-borders policies implemented by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and the person who appointed him, President Joe Biden,” said FAIR president Dan Stein addressing the crisis.

“This deliberate sabotage of our nation’s immigration laws demands that the president remove Mayorkas from his position immediately. Otherwise, the impeachment of his disgraced cabinet member is sure to be one of the first orders of business in the next Congress,” he insisited.

Republicans in Congress have proposed a much stricter border security bill but Democrats will not even hear any debate.

“The package, which Democrats have warned will be blocked in the Senate, would require asylum seekers to apply for U.S. protection outside the country. It also would resume construction of a wall along the border and expand federal law enforcement efforts,” according to a report from Reuters.

According to a statement from the White House Office of Management and Budget, “While we welcome Congress’ engagement on meaningful steps to address immigration and the challenges at the border, this bill would make things worse, not better. Because this bill does very little to actually increase border security while doing a great deal to trample on the nation’s core values and international obligations, it should be rejected.”
