The White House confirmed Thursday that a second batch of classified documents were recently discovered in the garage of Joe Biden’s personal home in Delaware.
“Lawyers discovered among personal and political papers a small number of additional Obama-Biden administration records with classified markings. All but one of these documents were found in storage space in the President’s Wilmington residence garage,” White House lawyers wrote in a Thursday statement. “One document consisting of one page was discovered among stored materials in an adjacent room.”
Biden was grilled about the discovery by Fox News’ Peter Doocy during a White House event Thursday morning.
DOOCY: "Classified materials next to your Corvette?! What were you thinking?"
BIDEN: "My Corvette's in a locked garage so it's not like it's sitting on the street."
DOOCY: "So the material was in a locked garage?"
BIDEN: "Yes— as well as my Corvette."

“Classified materials next to your Corvette?! What were you thinking?” asked Doocy.
“My Corvette’s in a locked garage!” fired-back Biden.
This is unconscionable, but unfortunately not as rare as we are led to believe. This is an interesting read:

I think the difference between the trump documents situation and the biden situation is the intent and the reaction. With trump, there was obvious intent to take and possess the documents, even going so far as to lie and obstruct the return of documents. The process to retrieve the documents took months and he fought every step of the way. He claimed they were all his personal documents. Among the thousands of documents seized, I’m sure some of them were. Then at one point he indicated that the classified documents were planted by federal agents! The king of conspiracies, ladies and gents… Biden, on the other hand, found classified documents, returned them to the archives, and then went on a search for more documents to return… willingly, I might add.
Now, in trump’s case, it could very well have been a mistake. I will admit that the trump team may have inadvertently taken some classified documents along with his rightful personal possessions. But the shakespeare line seems appropriate here (updated for gender), “The [man] doth protest too much, methinks.” If it was an honest mistake, own up to it. Or as trump is known to do, blame someone else. He had a whole staff of people to lay blame upon. To fight it as hard as he did indicates ill intent, in my opinion.
