Liberal celebs are turning on each other after their failed Biden, turned to Kamala Harris, presidential election fiasco. According to a new report from Radar Online, the Democrats’ favorite star George Clooney, “is furious with Obama for disappearing after the election disaster and leaving him holding the bag for pushing the plan with his Hollywood pals,” a showbiz insider said.
A “political mole” told Radar it was Barack Obama who asked Clooney to call for Biden to step aside, “fearing fallout if he did it himself.”
The irony is delicious, considering how Clooney put the checker pieces into play. Redstate.com writes it was Clooney who factored into the drama from the get-go, when the actor “wrote an op-ed asking Joe Biden to step aside and said they weren’t going to win with Biden. That was after he helped throw a fundraiser for Biden just weeks before. But Clooney didn’t say anything about a problem until the op-ed, even though he realized there was a problem during the fundraiser.”
Clooney even tried to sell us on how Biden was the most selfless person since “George Washington” in September. Nonetheless, once the November 5 came and went, Clooney went on the defensive.
A “political mole” told Radar it was Barack Obama who asked Clooney to call for Biden to step aside, “fearing fallout if he did it himself.”
Radar writes:
“Obama and Clooney have been tight for years, and George became Barack‘s surrogate in leading the charge for Joe to step away”, explained the source. “Barack knew he would look like a traitor if he publicly called for Joe to be cut loose. And now, he’s trying to walk away from it all.
“George feels duped and vows he’s not going to be anyone’s political water boy anymore.”
Now, Clooney feels like he’s taking heat, according to the report, and people are blaming him.
“George feels he stepped up and took a bullet for the team, and now everyone’s complaining about the bloodbath”, explained the source. “Lots of celebrities, like Beyoncé, were on the campaign trail pumping up Kamala, but George became the face of the Hollywood liberals by directly calling for Biden to end his campaign and throwing the whole process into chaos.
“He thinks Obama should come forward and say that George did the right thing and it isn’t his fault that it didn’t work out.
“But he doesn’t expect that will be forthcoming. and it’s left George feeling like a patsy.”
