New emails have surfaced regarding Hunter Biden’s real estate company and a $40 million investment from the billionaire widow of a corrupt Moscow mayor.

The relationship between the Russian oligarch, Yelena Baturina, and President Biden’s son Hunter began when a Senate report flagged a mysterious bank transfer from Baturina to a company connected to Hunter Biden. A total of $3.5 million in various wire transfers to Rosemont Seneca Thorton, LLC were flagged as mysterious.  Hunter Biden owns Rosemont Realty, a real estate venture company, which reportedly accepted the payments as a consultant fee.

In an interview with the DailyMail.com, Baturina’s brother Viktor Baturin said “the money was a payment to enter the American market.”   The Dailymail.com reports Rosemont Realty of receiving an additional $40 million from Baturina for a real estate venture.

In 2012 the President’s son had a plan build 2.15 million sq ft of office space across several cities with an approximate cost of $69.7 million.  Documents reveal the plan was to be funded by numerous investors including the $40 million payment from Baturina through her Swiss company called Inteco Management AG.  At that time, The Inteco group made Baturina the richest woman in Russia with an approximate net worth of $1.4 billion.

The Senate Homeland Security Committee published the report in 2020 and the email leaks were obtained by an anti-corruption group, The Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery.

Currently, Hunter’s relationships with foreign billionaires are under federal investigation for possible money laundering, tax crimes, and illegal lobbying.
