According to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson, the accused murderer of five people in Texas, which also included an 8-year-old child, entered the United States illegally through the wide open southern border.

Police are currently looking for Mexican national, Francisco Oropesa Perez-Torres, 38, who is on the run after the discovery of 5 people murdered in Texas in what police are calling an “execution style” killing.  An immigration judge in 2009 ordered the removal of Perez-Torres from the country and ICE deported him immediately after the ruling.

After his removal from the U.S., Perez-Torres returned illegally through the southern border, was again arrested by police and removed from the country later in 2009, again in January 2012 and then an additional time in July 2016.

During his January 2012 arrest, he was caught driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to jail and deported afterwards according to the ICE spokesperson.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest on the charge of homicide by a judge in Cold Spring Texas, and his appearance is also required by the San Jacinto County Sheriffs office on weapons charges.

Perez-Torres was deported five times and yet he seemed to have very little trouble coming back into the country and committing violent crimes.  When will politicians realize the absolute necessity to secure the border to prevent dangerous criminals from harming Americans?
