Top Democrat Nancy Pelosi confused millions of Americans Thursday when she unveiled her plan to “read a poem written by Bono about Ukraine” as millions of starving refugees pour into Eastern Europe.
The Speaker was referring to the lead singer of rock-band U2. Meanwhile in Russia, Vladimir Putin threatened to "self-purify" his nation from "western traitors and scum."
“This is another way we can get that done... Later, you might want to watch, I’m going to be reading a poem written by Bono about Ukraine, which you might find interesting,” said Pelosi during her weekly press briefing.
