Congressman Brandon Gill didn’t hold back in his interview on The Joe Pags Show, tackling two of the most explosive issues facing conservatives today: SWATTING attacks and activist judges blocking executive authority. As threats rise against media figures and members of Congress, Gill is sounding the alarm and taking legislative aim at those responsible.

Discussing a wave of recent SWATTING incidents — including one targeting Pags himself — Gill said, “I do believe this is attempted murder… this is a form of domestic terrorism.” He added, “This is real terrorism,” and argued the intent is to “shut up” prominent voices. He warned, “The purpose of this is to silence political dissent,” and emphasized that “our democracy cannot survive if people are scared to speak out.”

Gill urged immediate action, stating, “Congress needs to act quickly on this.” He highlighted the seriousness of the trend, noting, “It’s happening to members of Congress.”

The conversation shifted to Judge James Boasberg’s decision to halt deportation flights of alleged gang members. Gill expressed disbelief, asking, “Why would any judge do that?” He warned that judicial interference risks undermining executive authority: “If this gets caught up in appeals… that is essentially stripping the president’s authority.” On the broader legal framework, Gill affirmed that “the president can invoke this act either during an act of war or an invasion, or a predatory incursion,” and said all three of which are true: “This is an act of war, it is an invasion, and this is a predatory incursion.”

Gill is now leading the charge to hold Boasberg accountable, filing articles of impeachment and calling the judge’s actions a dangerous breach of constitutional balance. He emphasized that the judiciary cannot override the commander-in-chief on matters of national security, and impeachment is both lawful and necessary to protect executive authority.

Gill also weighed in on foreign land ownership, blasting the idea of adversarial nations buying up American property. “That is insane,” he said, describing his bill that would block countries from buying U.S. land if they don’t reciprocate.

On President Trump’s executive order to dismantle the Department of Education, Gill supported the move, saying, “We have seen nothing but a decline in educational standards… we have one of the worst education systems in the developed world.”

From confronting rogue judges to securing the homeland, Rep. Brandon Gill made his position crystal clear: when it comes to protecting the Constitution, political dissent, and national sovereignty — the time for half-measures is over.
