The Russia-gate hoax perpetrated against former President Trump has now been completely debunked and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fl) filed a motion in the House of Representatives to censure and fine Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) $16 million because he knowingly lied and mislead the American people in order to smear a president.

The announcement came during a speech on Tuesday where the freshman congresswoman accused Schiff of spreading a dangerous “conspiracy theory” that Trump had ties to Russia when he knew this to be untrue.

“The allegation that President Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 presidential election has been revealed as false by numerous in-depth investigations,” she added. “The conspiracy theory was invented, funded, and spread by President Trump’s political rivals,” and the fine would be half of the cost to taxpayers for the phony investigation.

Luna added because Schiff had special access to “sensitive information unavailable to most members of Congress’ as the chair of the Intelligence Committee,” this made him culpable for witch-hunt number 1 of many.

The censure would officially be “for conduct that misleads the American people in a way that is not befitting an elected Member of the House of Representatives.”

The congresswoman’s “privileged resolution” motion will be voted on by the House on Wednesday according to a statement from the House Majority Leader, Steve Scalise (R-La.).  The motion would be a reprimand but not an explosion from Congress, as only five members of the House have ever been forced out in our history.

“I’m working with Rep. Luna, we want it to pass, so we’ll be working closely to get it brought to the floor,” Scalise said in a statement to reporters.

In response to the motion, Schiff immediately blamed Republicans for trying “to distract from Trump’s indictment and retaliate against me for impeaching him.”

“But regardless of how frivolous this resolution may seem, its consideration on the House floor will ultimately come at a cost to the country, our democracy, and to the integrity of the House of Representatives,” Schiff said. “This resolution is not only a terrible misuse of House precedent and resources, but a clear attack on our constitutional system of checks and balances.”

“Once again, our GOP colleagues are using the leverage and resources of the House majority to rewrite history and promulgate far-right conspiracy theories — all to protect and serve Donald Trump,” he said.

However, its worth noting that when Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) became Speaker of the House, in his first week the radical leftist congressman Schiff was removed from the intelligence committee for the likely reasons that he couldn’t be trusted after spreading such outrageous lies.
