Joe ‘Pags’ Pagliarulo weighed-in Wednesday on the horrific crime wave surging across the United States, saying it’s now time to ‘make our cities safe again!’

“What are your thoughts when it comes to the life and times of an NYPD officer today?” asked Pags.

“These larger cities have stripped funding away from the police. There’s an overall distrust. As a result, departments don’t have resources to put officers on trains,” said clinical psychologist Dr. Katherine Kuhlman.

“Police want to help their communities. They want to have great relationships, so it’s really unfortunate. If I’m a cop in NYC right now, I don’t even want to be on the subway. If you’re a cop, you’re not going to admit that to people,” she added.

“There’s this sense of lawlessness, and criminals have the upper-hand in New York,” concluded the doctor.
