President Biden addressed the nation Wednesday afternoon from the White House where he announced the United States will send at least 31 Tanks to Ukraine to help that country repel Russian forces.
The Commander-in-Chief explained the deployment will take at least four weeks to send the equipment and train Ukrainian forces.

“Today’s announcement really was the product of good diplomatic conversations as part of our regular and ongoing close consultations with allies and partners on security assistance to Ukraine,” a senior administration official said. “Certainly very appreciative of Chancellor Scholz’s announcement today.”
