Will Scharf is a personal attorney for former President Trump, a former prosecutor, and candidate for Attorney General of Missouri.

He joins The Joe Pags Show to talk about the ongoing cases against Trump in New York City, Georgia, and elsewhere.

“If you read the 14th Amendment, it’s clear they’re talking about Confederate People from the Civil War,” began Pags. “It doesn’t apply to the President or the Vice President.”

“They thought they were engaging in a broad campaign of lawfare to get Trump at all costs,” explained Scharf.

“Fortunately, the Supreme Court saw through their arguments… Not a single Justice would sign on to this attempt to deprive American citizens the right to vote for their candidate,” he added.
