“I’m confident about the election. Given all the uncertainties we have, who really knows? Who knows what they’re going to try and what they’re going to do?” began Giuliani.
“We may even have a popular vote victory, the first for Republicans in a long time,” he added.
“Republicans are even winning the early vote,” said Rudy. “Since the last election, Republicans outnumber Democrats in places like Florida.”
