President Joe Biden wants major changes to the SCOTUS so he gets his autocratic policies to stick. Mike Davis from the Article 3 Project joins to explain.
“We’ve got a Supreme Court that has more textualists than those who would interpret the Constitution. They think the words on that paper actually mean something. This makes Democrats angry,” began Joe Pags.
“He does not have the power to do any of this stuff… President Biden is doing the same thing in America that they do in Venezuela,” explained Davis.
“This is not just campaign rhetoric. Biden and Kamala have proven that they mean business when it comes to the weaponization of the federal government,” he added. “They tried to take Trump off the ballot.”
