“Let’s start with Debby. That storm just stopped over you and didn’t go anywhere. What is going on?” asked Pags.
“This was my first tropical storm,” explained Smythe. “She just sat on top of us for more than 24 hours. We had more than ten tornadoes just where I live.”
“I’ve never experienced anything like this before,” she added. “Everything is still flooded in North Carolina. It was a lot.”
