Founder and President of the Article 3 Project Mike Davis dropped by the Joe Pags Show this week to discuss the Manhattan District Attorney’s ongoing case against Donald Trump.
“President Trump said he’s going to be arrested. Many don’t agree with that. Why did he do that?” asked Pagliarulo.
“It’s very clear that the Manhattan DA is looking to indict Donald Trump on a bogus legal theory. He’s trying to turn Trump’s settlements into a felony campaign finance violation,” explained Davis.
“Even the NY Times and Washington Post know that this theory is a joke,” he added. “His own office declined to prosecute this claim back in 2016. Now the political winds are changing, so he’s going to try and get Trump.”
