Donald Trump Jr talks about where he was when he got word his father had been shot, his father’s resilience, and how the family is doing the day after.
“We all saw what went down. Were you there with your dad?” asked Joe Pags.
“I wasn’t. I was supposed to be, but some other things came up,” explained Trump Jr. “I was with my children when I got the call.”
“I didn’t know what was going on. We didn’t know much. It was a very scary time,” he added. “Now, my dad’s doing great. That photo is so iconic. We sort of laughed about that. Trump’s always going to be Trump, even under fire. He’s defiant.”
