“On a very generic sense, the guy wasn’t in Washington that day, right?” asked Joe Pags.
“No. The DOJ took text messages out of context to claim he organized it. Which is not true. We have Free Speech in this country,” explained Morello.
“The poor guy has spent about three years in prison,” she added.
