“DEI programs are being pushed out as they should be. It’s a racist thing to have DEI,” began Joe Pags.
“Diversity has provided adverse results. It’s been very harmful. It hasn’t helped anyone,” explained Dr. Swain. “DEI programs violate the US Constitution and our Civil Rights laws. It also violates the First Amendment.”
“We can have diversity without discrimination. We had it right in America when we passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964,” she added. “We got it right, but we never gave it a fair chance because of President Johnson.”
