Mike Davis joins from the Article 3 Project to break down Jack Smith’s latest attempt to stop Donald Trump from winning the next election.
“Jack Smith is somehow re-indicting Donald Trump from a different angle. Is there any way this is legal?” asked Joe Pags.
“No. He’s ignoring two Supreme Court decisions,” explained Davis. “It’s important to remember that Jack Smith had to have gotten permission from Biden’s Attorney General before he brought this new indictment.”
“There’s no chance in hell he’s going to get Trump tried before the election. But Smith is trying to get a mini-trial in front of a DC judge for the sole purpose of interfering in the elections,” he added.
