Mike Davis is the founder of the Article 3 Project and makes it clear what’s afoot here — Biden continues to go after his main political rival Donald Trump.
“You’ve nailed it again. Jack Smith’s first indictment was stupid, this is even more stupid,” began Joe Pags. “What does Jack Smith think that Trump did?”
“This is part of the Democrats’ campaign. They fear they can’t beat Trump in 2024, so they’re simply trying to eliminate him as a candidate,” explained Davis.
“They want to disqualify him using the Constitution. First, he indicted Trump for having presidential records in his office. Now he’s indicting Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election,” he added.
