America’s Mayor – the man who perfected the use of the RICO statutes – was actually indicted on RICO charges.
The case is ridiculous and Rudy Giuliani joins the Joe Pags Show to take the DA to task. Great information.
“The necessary element for any RICO case is there has to be some sort of massive coercion involved,” explained Rudy.
“At no point did we threaten anybody,” he added. “There was no organization, criminal or otherwise. The trick with RICO is you can take their money away. The Biden Family is a quintessential RICO enterprise. It lasted thirty years, they made a massive amount of money.”
“There are offshore bank accounts. That’s a RICO organization,” concluded Giuliani.
