Sounds crazy but it’s true — Colorado is trying to use a Civil War era part of the 14th Amendment to stop Trump from being on the ballot. The left will stop at nothing.

“This is a case where they’re trying to keep Trump off the ballot because of the 14th Amendment. Fill me in on what’s happening?” asked Joe Pags.
“The Democrats impeached Donald Trump twice. They’ve charged him in New York City and Atlanta. This is their Hail Mary now. They simply want to take Trump off the ballot,” explained Davis.
“The original act was passed after the Civil War to prevent Confederates from taking office during Reconstruction,” he added. “They’re trying to claim that January 6 was an insurrection. It was not. It was a protest that turned into a riot. It was not an insurrection.”
