“As I’m watching the movie, I’m thinking to myself, ‘How did he do anything different than our own politicians?’ People in Congress say one thing on the floor, then they’re secretly buying stock,” asked Pags.
“What shocks most people is that this kind of thing is legal. It’s very easy to stop this insanity. They just have to pass a law that no one in Congress or their families can trade while they’re in office,” explained Belfort.
“Nancy Pelosi is the queen of that. She’s more successful than Warren Buffet,” he added.
