Hunter Pollack is an attorney and brother of Meadow Pollack who was killed at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Florida.
He joins The Joe Pags Show to discuss the latest school shooting in Georgia that left four people dead and many more injured.
“You’ve got direct and personal knowledge of what happens in a school shooting,” began Pags. “Our hope is that we can make a change. Yet we still see school shootings.”
“We’re seeing identical patterns, identical failures. That’s what pisses me off. I don’t want this to be my whole life because it’s sad. At the same time, how can I not speak up when I see so many failures,” explained Pollack.
“We have not fixed the problem,” he added. “In Florida, we’ve amped up police presence in schools. But nationwide, not much has changed.”
